Proofs

You will receive a proof within 2 business days. We are happy to revise our proof up to two times to ensure your sign is just right.
Each additional proof will cost $25. Every proof is checked for any misspellings as a service to you. However, MySubwaySign’s policy holds that errors not marked by you must remain your responsibility. Please review your proof carefully and mark changes needed to make the order correct.

Each sign is made to order and, therefore, not returnable and non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged sign:

Notify MySubwaySign of a damaged sign within 7 days of receiving it. Keep all packing material. MySubwaySign will replace an exact reorder at no cost to you - no changes will be made to the reprint.

Billing

Your credit card statement will show charges from MySubwaySign as billed by “Nine.”
